wat else happened in korea?oh yea, 1st nite in seoul and we got lost. we were walking around exploring the shops around the hotel when we stopped at 7eleven to get some drinks and snacks.we decided to use another way bak to the hotel. and yes, to our horror, we cudn't find the way bak.eeee...thankfully, koreans are pretty frenly so we managed to get bak to our hotel.
omg...i almost forgot. koreans are pretty liberal. wanna noe y? they freely broadcast movies with sex scenes in them. when i say sex scenes, i mean sex scenes. u cud see everything on top.the bottom was only the butt. i was innocently flipping channels when i saw this korean movie. it looked ok at first. no subtitles tho so i didnt noe wat was happenin. suddenly they started kissin passionately and b4 u noe it, they were taking each other's clothes off. and the rest i leave it to ur imagination....

we went to theme parks. everland n lotte world(not lala or lulu land, li peng). i sat on rollercoasters. i wud never ever step foot on a rollercoaster bcos i'm terrified of them but cos ivie was there and she was all gung-ho on riding them, she managed to convince me too.and boy am i glad i did. rollercoasters are fun...weee!!!!!

i'm bak fr my 8 days trip to korea. had a blast there. ate loads of kimchi n barbequed chicken n pork. we had so much of barbequed food that we almost got sick of it. when they served chinese food on the 2nd last day we walloped the food. yes...every dish was empty. haha...truly a chinese malaysian at heart. when i was there, i didnt really miss the food bak home. guess i cud survive in korea.
the shopping there is amazing. all the clothes were to die for. really really to DIE for!!! if only the prices wud agree wif the exchange rate n malaysian ringgit! i dun noe wat possesed me to think that stuff in korea were cheap. seriously...i went to korea wif the thot that i wud buy loads of stuff bak home cos its cheap. i muz be nuts. korean stuff is anything but cheap! i might as well be in japan then cos the things in japan aren't cheap either (not like i have been there but i noe it isn't cheap). i was very dissapointed. :(
u shud have seen the accesories they have there. TO DIE FOR!!! they had so many cute earrings and necklaces. i cud only look and stare at them. it was too painful for me. i cud only imagine myself adorning those beautiful accesories.
oh....juz let me wallow in my misery....
oooooOOOooooo....forever21 totally rawks!!! they have affordable clothes. slightly cheaper than zara n mng. they have loads of fabulous tops. i cant wait to go there again when i hav enuf CASH wif me...forever21 can take my mind of those sweet dresses n tops i saw in korea. at least the prices here i can live wif. i can save enuf to buy unlike in korea where all i can do is admire.
omg....even the shoes there are to die for. like seriously...much better designs than those found in vincci n nose. the shoes in korea once converted to malaysian ringgit cost about rm300. *mouth hangs open* the price of the shoe alone is enuf to KILL me or any other living breathing shopaholic who doesnt have the money to spend...
better stop yakking bout the clothes n shoes in korea or i might go on n on 4ever.
ohhhh....there r no hot guys in korea. nobody in the streets look like the guys u c on korean drama's. total disappointment. i was hoping to bump into hot korean guys..all i cud do was admire the posters of kwon sang woo n bae yong jun.
annnnnddddd the handphones there r also to die 4...so many handphones to choose from. all the slim flip phones n slide phones....ahh....handphone paradise!!!!

anywayssssssss...i went to ZoUk on sunday 4 my very 1st frickin' time. b4 u start jumpin to conclusions, thnkin i went there clubbing, ur wrong...i went there for the LeVi's 501 DaY..free event, brought mt closest frens along n had a blast. we were like celebrities man..we got interviewed and had our pics taken which will hopefully end up in a magazine. i think it'll be in KluE (who noes??) so yea...had FUN!! we didnt get to meet any celebs though cos they would only show up at nite but who cares....

she had the decency to say that she knew the way to the place. pass tesco, turn left here, turn right there. LIAR!!! we were rounding puchong for almost 2 hours bcos of ur incompetence. *spits* we muz have passed ioi mall for like a thousand times. no, make it a gazillion times!! the first time was to meet our fren who went lost after the toll. thank goodness i didnt drive. god noes where i'll end up. probably the border of thailand. or singapore??
by the time we got to the home, we got a mini lecture by the...wat do u call it?? umm..person who's in charge of the place. yea, she lectured us. saying stuff like if we say we're gonna b here at tis time, b here on time.we hav to set a good example to the future generations. then she started rambling on abt goin to an interview. huh???wtf?? saying when one goes for an interview, one muz not wear jeans, t-shirt, flip-flops. one has to wear something smart. i'm standing there going..are we goin for an interview or we visiting children..
at that moment, the teacher comes in( she was in the car wif one of the bunch of us, thank gawd she wasn't sitting in the same car as us cos she was tops on the to kill list)
the person in charge lady actually noes our teacher. she's actually been there a gazilllion times. she actually had the nerve to say, 'aiyoh, this place so hard to find tats y i 4get liao'. eeeeeeeeeee........i oughta.....nvm...
it was quite an experience goin there. the kids mainly spoke mandarin. i mainly speak english. not a single sentence of mandarin can come out of me. wo pu hui chiang hua yi!!!! dead....we were supposed to tutor them while we were there so it was impossible for me to do so. all of them had chinese hmwrk. the ones with english hmwrk were taken up (gee...sounds like a sale is goin on!) i did manage to help a girl wif her bm hmwrk.
anyhoo...i went to the boys home and was fortunate enuf to meet john. he is a 14 yr old boy wif the reading abilty of a kindergartener. the one thing special abt him is that he is very devoted to God. everything he does, he says he does it for God. the lady taking care of the boys hse(diff fr the person in charge) was very mean to him. he was reading the bible and asking abt a passage when the lady said, 'keep tat book away. ur supposed to be reading ur skool books'. if tat's not enuf, she started mocking him in mandarin so i didnt noe wat she was mumbling abt. he looked like he was goin to cry but he didnt. u noe wat else, when someone asked him wat does he do when ppl start teasing him, he said he'll pray for them. can u believe tat?? i was shocked when he said tat. do u noe of any teen or adult who wud say tat in todays lifetime?? i dont think so. tats wat amazes me man...
so i guess i'll be praying for john. praying for him to stay strong and not lose it. everyone bullies him there.even the kids staying there.
the lady in the girls home however is one greedy piggy. we wanted to buy lil' things for the kids like socks or pencil cases but she said they didnt need all tat. they have plenty of those. wat they need is an oven.the cheap mini-oven for baking bread.oh oh oh....on top of tat, they'll need a plate to bake the bread in. and b4 i forget they'll need a pair of size 6 slippers. wat the heck??? yea..i guess charity is all about tat. u wanna give an inch they ask for a foot( is this how the saying goes???)

too bad the musical wasn't that great as the movie. one thing really, really, really sad bout this musical was...it was not a full house, sold out performance. now, that is depressing news. i mean, c'mon ppl, its GREASE!! the greatest musical (the movie, i mean) ever. this is like my 1st time ever seeing a musical this empty. the actors on stage seeing this wud definitely be demoralized.
the musical in general wasn't that bad. there were some funny moments and the songs were catchy but....it juz lacked that X-factor! we actually got the 2nd expensive tics, but that was not necessary. we cud have easily gotten the cheapest tics and then move our butts to the most xpensive seats. thats how empty the theather was. the stage was really simple. the car was small. not like the one in the movie. the actor who played sandy was mediocre. i guess tis is wat happens after watchin the movie. u start to compare between the 2. but how can i compare john travolta n olivia newton-john wif a couple of unknowns. that wud not be fair. and it was the musical first. movie second. but thats the way it goes. u have 2 of the same things, u'll definitely compare. i wished west side story came here. i wanted to watch it. my mum got to watch phantom of the opera. i'm defintely waiting to watch that. and also lion king. evita. bombay dreams. and the list goes on. guess i'll have to settle for blockbusters like pirate's of the caribbean and x-men and superman and and and....uh...watever hit movies r coming out tis yr.

omg!!! this week has been madness..back to back of non-stop test. almost everyday i have tests.and if that is not enough, next week will be my mid-course exam.and the best part is, I HAVEN'T STUDIED FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh............so dead, so dead, so dead, SO DEAD!!!!!

the english research draft is killin' me. and i have 3 days to complete it. die! die! die! besides that, i have 2 tests nx week. and on top of that, the following week is my mid-course examination. however, there is a silver lining. i'll b flying off to korea during my break! wheee...away from home for 8 whole days. actually its 7 days. the travel agency actually included the 3 hrs in the airport as the 1st day of our tour. like, wat the heck! we are only flying off at 1 in the morning. yes..a very frickin' early mornin flight. i aint complainin'. i'll definitely be sleeping all the way unless the air stewards there look like those hawt korean guys i c on tv..tee-hee..

and i m not juz talkin bout the weather. did anyone check out the movie "love undercover" yesterday on ntv7??? bcos, omg...daniel wu is frickin' HAWT!!! hawt, hawt, hawt!!! i m so in lurve with daniel wu. the way he speaks cantonese wit tat ang moh accent is juz like the way i speak cantonese. but the way he speaks cantonese it so so sexily hawt. ahh...*screams into pillow*

sunken ship

had dinner at the ship juz now. food sucked (note to self, never go there again). anyways, on the way home, i saw the billboard advertisement for the movie "she's the man" starring amanda bynes. i was looking at it when the bm title of the movie caught my attention. "cinta padang bola". what the ...??? makes no frickin' sense to me. i noe the movie has something to wif football but do they have to call it football field love??? i wud like to watch the movie when it comes out on "dvd" *ahem* *ahem*...this sort of movie is not worth it watching in the cinema. i watched "the wild" recently and didnt really like it. ever since disney separated fr pixar, their movies juz don't have that oomph!! anymore. chicken little sucked. the movie didnt have a single funny scene in it unless they consider the music loving piggy who occasionally breaks into a song funny. when the movie ended, i was like, "that's it??" i expected more. mayb i have reached that certain stage where cartoon's juz don't do it for me anymore. i didnt even enjoy shrek2 that much! the wild was no diff. the koala was the only consolation for me but even then, it was forced laughter. if i weren't confined in a darkened room with strangers surrounding me i might not have laughed at all. i was going in with high hopes of laughing till my stomach ached. i think the last cartoon that made me laugh that way was madagascar. i totally love the giraffe! since watchin the wild, i have 2nd thot's bout watching ice age2. i think fr now onwards, i'll watch cartoon's at home unless the cartoon is produced by pixar, i might reconsider...

The past week

I just realized that a week has passed since my 18th birthday. alot has happened during the week. but i have to start off by saying "Happy Birthday" to my dearly beloved bro. he turned 5 on the 18th. we are 13 yrs 1 week apart. we were supposed to go somewhere fancy for dinner but my bro didn't want to because he was all gung-ho n excited abt playing with his new toy, a lego aeroplane, courtesy of my parents. here are the "happenings" of the last week;

celebrated me n my bro's birthday at sunway tower hotel with frens n relatives. had a scrumptious buffet.

april 10
the eve of my birthday. fren's planned to meet up at a mamak to celebrate my birthday. since it was my birthday, i had the honour of being picked-up by winnie, who had just recently gotten her license. i was told that we were to pick sook yan up fr her place cos she had just finished her basketball training. being me, i believed winnie n shee ann(who was also in the car). i asked abt pui mun n karine. pui mun was already at the mamak waiting for us whilst karine wasn't allowed to go out. i shud have guessed that something was off but i innocently believed them. we drove into usj13 and as we passed the field, winnie n shee ann started to make comments abt a group of ppl in the field who were playing with candles. "who are those stupid ppl playing with tanglungs?? it's not even lantern festival.." (shee ann said this but it's not word 4 word, i'm just recalling wat she said). i innocently agreed with wat she said (can't recall wat i said). winnie parks the car at the field and they both got out. i was thinking wat the heck r we getting off 4?? then i started to recognize the figures at the field. when i got off the car, it dawned on me that my fren's had planned it all. all of them were there. shocked look was plastered on my face. as i went closer i saw this

even more shocked!! then, the doors to the rukun tetangga opened n there were fairy lights surrounding a lil' birthday cake. aww...

it was a pleasant surprise. to all my fren's who made that nite a memorable nite, THANK U!!! u guy's rawk-ed my nite n mayb a lil' part of my world n i lurve u gurl's...

went to midvalley with lipeng,rachel,derek,chris,andrew,jason n rachel tan. watched "inside man" (thanks li peng for spending me). the movie was so-so. it was interesting in the beginning and i understood wat was happening but towards the ending i got lost. till now, i duno who jodie foster's character is supposed to be. and am still clueless bout wat the frickin' robbery is all about (something to do with diamonds n a fren selling out a fren??) what-ev...andrew actually fell asleep half-way thru the movie so that shud gif u a rough idea about wat to expect fr the movie. oh...it was easter sunday so we went bak to church for the easter cantata(check it out if possible,tis weekend!!)

high skool blues

juz came bak fr skool. not college but skool. as in my former high skool. i seriously think that the headmistress of my former skool has something against the 2005 batch of form 5. wanna noe y? the skool seems to have had a lot of changes since our graduation. it's like they didnt like us. well, guess wat, i don't like u either. u can go glorify and beautify ur skool for all i care. the only reason i go bak there is to support my cheer squad. if it weren't for them i wud have burnt the skool down after sitting for my SPM.
watever...!!high skool is history. even the cheerleaders today had it better than us. our coach now has a laptop thus allowing the cheerleaders to watch cheer videos. when we wanted to watch videos, we had to either go to someone's hse or we wud have to borrow the cd. oh wells, wat's done is done.
can't wait till tmrw though. no, i don't have a hot date tmrw but it's close. haha..i wont tell till the time comes. however, only a select few noe's wat is happening tmrw. hehehe...*exits wif wide smile plastered on face*

i'm supposed to be doing my math homework but here i go again, blogging. blogging is pretty addictive. there are times when i'll juz think about things to blog about but can't blog because i'm either busy or the damn comp is too slow. i have many things to blog about but once i sit in front of the comp, nothing comes to mind. hence, the aimless blogging. my, my, this is the 1st time i m using the word blogging so many times in one paragraph.hahaha...(i'm really running out of things to blog about)
oh yea, this reminds me. i had an english essay to write about today. we were given 45-50 minutes to write a 400 word essay.MAD!!! i barely touched 150. haha..juz kidding. i'm not that bad. but i don't think i reached 400 mayb 300. i dunno. i didnt have time to count cos i was busy trying to finish the essay which probably had a really terrible short ending. and i overheard pn. anny saying it will be 10% off our final mark. i hope she was joking cause she can be sarcastic at times and i was under stress so i cudn't tell if she was being sarcastic or not. argh...i m also gonna have my comp science test nx nx week. argh..barely a month in coll and already the test and hmwrk are pouring in like nobody's business. better get started on my maths. oh no and also accounts. and also on my beauty sleep. i have been getting very sleepy during math and accounts class lately. very hard to stay awake but since i sit in front i cant exactly sleep so my eyes are wide awake but my brains and internal parts of me are actually sleepin. i'll be back....
