kindness undeserved

tonight, it is silent. a good time to start writing my 2000 word essay which was supposed to be due friday but was given an extension till monday.

whoever said lecturers were mean and heartless, take it back. NOW! they are very kind creatures. they know how we lowly creatures of a student suffer from the countless essays we have to churn out and have placed mercy on us. bless their kind, kind hearts.

but this kindness isn't without its flaws. because there is now an additional 48 hours in my time to churn out said essay, i have become a bum. thus very undeserving of the kindness shown by my lecturers.

so i shall end here.

2000 words here i come.

My True Hollywood Story

OMG I NEED TO VENT MY FRUSTRATION!

LET THIS BE A LESSON TO ALL OF YOU.

BACK UP YOUR FILES. NO. MATTER. WHAT.

YOUR COMPUTER CAN NEVER BE TRUSTED. EVER. IT WILL JUST TURN OFF ONE DAY AND THEN THAT'S IT. BYE-BYE UNSAVED FILES.

ok i could feel my throat getting sore typing in CAPs.

i am damn damn damn damn damn damn damn sad x 12358365498
*insert extremely depressed/sad emoticon*

my OS had a kink in it because the absolutely brilliant me shut off my notebook when it was in the midst of updating/installing new softwares.

let's just say that this wasn't the first time i have done this. but every other time i DID do it, i could start my notebook and it was like nothing ever happened. i think the last time i did it was the straw that broke the camel's back wtf. when i tried to restart, all it did was remain blank +__+

SIGH.

that's when i whipped out my manual and did everything it said to do.

but to no avail...

OMG OMG OMG *panic mode sets in*

i was cool, calm and collected before the manual came out. i was still cool, calm and collected when the manual came out. i thought to myself, i have all the luck with these machines. the amount of nonsense i do with them will amaze you. i'm like Handy Manny without the talking tools. i'm like Bob the Builder without the heavy machinery.

i can fix almost anything *ahem* just by shaking, poking, fiddling, meddling, *insert relevant term* the machine.

but not today. today just wasn't my day.

i thought it was my day because i received my assignment mark and was satisfied. i thought the day couldn't get worst but it DID.

SIGH

can you tell that i am VERY SAD!??

SIGH

i took it the computer guy to fix after all my tactics, magic tricks failed me.

tinker a bit here and there. connected an Ethernet cable (whatever that is) to another notebook and omg my entire file could be viewed from the other notebook! HALLELUJAH!!!

immediately began to transfer my files from my notebook to the other notebook. this was when i breathed a HUGE sigh of relief.

because the installation of the OS will take an hour, i left thinking that it was safe to leave my notebook behind in the hands of the computer guy whom i began to trust.

an hour came and went by.

i went back in a jolly good mood because all is well.

the moment i went up to the guy,

"the backup file is G-O-N-E"

*silence on my part* eyes to his face. eyes to the notebook that supposedly held my backup files.

"you're KIDDING me" *thinking he was gonna drop the act and start laughing HA HA HA*

"NO" *dead serious face on*

*my internal body parts gradually stopped working. hatiku pecah berkecai-kecai"
"OH EM GEE"
"i don't know what happened. the file is now gone. nobody touched the notebook"

"OH EM GEE!!! has this ever happened before?"

"No"

just my luck laa this happens to me. if i was alone at that very moment, i would have cried. i would have stabbed myself in the heart like buffy would stab angel/spike in the heart if she didn't love them so damn much.

I WAS DEVASTATED. must have shown on my face cause the guy HAD to ask if i was 'okay'.

WHAT THE FUDGE. OF COURSE I AM NOT OKAY. MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE IS WIPED OUT.

YES I'M BEING OVERDRAMATIC/MELODRAMATIC/DRAMATIC *whatever makes you sleep at night*

if i wasn't being so self conscious i would have thrown a bitch fit.

i left with a VERY HEAVY HEART making the guy promise me he'll do whatever it takes to try and retrieve my LOST FILES *teary eye*

so here i am, trying to re-install whatever it was i lost.

*SHOUT OUT TO BELINDA*
she told me about that i could transfer songs from my ipod to my itunes. bless her soul! she saved me the trouble of downloading the songs all over again although she did offer to give me archuleta's songs which would only save me the trouble of downloading one song less *cough*cough*

so i sit here in my room, devastated and frustrated.

but then there is a magic rainbow of hope, joy and peace after the storm (chay, 2008). i discovered things i NEVER knew my notebook had and could do ie. i can the change the wallpaper!? *GASP*

it's like i'm playing with a new toy after opening my xmas present. again.

and i've just realized that facebook is heaven sent. all is not lost after all. loads of my lost photos can be found there.

it's like a new beginning. a fresh start. an empty desktop waiting to be filled. and also a change of wallpaper *ahem*

the day doesn't seem to be looking all that bad anymore. this might actually be a blessing in disguise.

or maybe its just wishful thinking.

or maybe i'm really optimistic =)

either ways, i shall not dwell on the past.

a wise master once said "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present" (Oogway, 2008).

wise words indeed.

This has been my E! True Hollywood Story.

fried bananas/banana fritters *oh whatever*

i have my radiotv journalism reader propped on my lap, ready to attack my notebook and hopefully finish my assignment by 5pm today (the deadline i self-imposed) but its 4.26pm now.

sigh.

i'm not one for deadlines. especially self-imposed deadlines wtf.

but the deadline is not until friday 5.30pm.

my goal. to complete it and hand it in tomorrow. *can i hear thunderous applause wtf*

it doesn't help that the smell of rendang and i swear i smelled goreng pisang/pisang goreng (whatever rocks your boat) wafting in through my room window. cue orchestra wtf.

and now i'm craving keropok lekor.

ok wait. i'm craving mcdonalds also. damn that flyer i saw last night.

and reese's peanut butter pieces.

so instead of doing my assignment, i'm thinking of food.

and if you must know, i'm also waiting for 90210 latest episode to show up on youtube. come to think of it, 12am deadline won't seem to do. change to 2am wtf. extra 2 hours! teehee *pats self on back*

okay okay. just to show you how much of a bum i am, my assignment word limit is ONLY...

*

wisdom be gone

don't laugh if i talk funny

because karma sucks *glares at belinda wtf*

i had my wisdom tooth(s) removed and will have another round to go.

therefore, i am no more wise (geddit!? hahaha so funny)

let's just say that it hurts to talk properly properly.

and don't get me started on eating. one sided chewing anyone?

but i have to say, the process of getting the tooth out...OH EM GEE! it's like a horror movie without the visuals. radio drama wtf.

unless of course, you open your eyes that is *such brave souls*

but of course i shut my eyes throughout the process *ahem*. not so brave and daring. but the sounds you hear will scare the bejeezus out of you. imagine the sound of drilling, drilling and more DRILLING. with a commentary from the dentist. omg somebody grab the remote and mute the damn commentary! plus i could actually hear the tooth being yanked out FORCEFULLY from my bones/jaws/mouth whatever scientific term it is. like literally bones breaking *shudders at the memory*

can you imagine if there was NO ANESTHESIA? let's NOT even go there.

silver lining?

i didn't feel a thing. although the anesthesia did hurt a bit. i could feel the needle poking through my cheeks and just waiting to get out from the other side *shudders* freakky stuff. and i could feel my cheeks getting hotter and my mouth getting numb. and i kept asking the nurse if it'll hurt because she asked if i was scared +__+

no. i was very brave. and in half an hour, i was done.

with a cotton bud shove in between my tooth which i didn't even realize was there till the doc told me to NOT swallow the cotton *insert relevant emoticon*

i am singing along to selena gomez's tell me something i don't know.

in my head of course.

because i can't sing along. hurts too much.

sigh.

labels, love or pomo?

Hakuna Matata

*beats chest ala kingkong*

i am triumphant.

for now.

on a random note, i'm lovin' the lyrics of 'labels or love' by fergie from SATC.

it SPEAKS to me. i want to be Carrie Bradshaw. i want her wardrobe minus the outrageous fashion. wtf i want mr big. and THAT walk in wardrobe!

ok maybe not mr big. he was a coward. nvm a rich coward wtf i'm so shallow.

OMG AM I POSTMODERN OR WHAT!!!???

the horoscope

today's horoscope read something like this "work and health no good" wtf. and it was damn true wtfwtf. i had the misfortune of having my cramps this afternoon when working on my radio program. sigh.

had to drive home in pain.

but now that the pain is gone, i will have to work on my 2500 word long essay. at this moment i only have 397 words +__+

yesterday morning, said essay was supposed to be due on friday (tomorrow!) but on the same yesterday morning, said essay was given an extension! can you feel the joy!? CAN YOU? CAN YOU? HUH HUH HUH!!!

anyways, extension means prolonged procrastination wtf. sigh, tak sedar diri langsung.

thank goodness no other assignment due next week or else will eat into the other assignments time. trust me. it happens. *shudders with fear at the thought*

so after happy news was given, had to sit through one and a half hours of S-L-O-W fragmented, traumatic, painful memory film followed by a colourful, make you wanna tap dance and sing musical film. quite a pleasant day. 2 films in one day = priceless wtf.

ok. that's not true. tuition fees = RMx,xxx.xx X2

actually, yesterday was a very good day come to think of it. because i L-O-V-E youtube!

gossip girl, one tree hill and 90210...OMG and many more to come hopefully! watched until 3am +__+

sigh. see what i mean when i said extension is actually prolonged procrastination.

90210 is my new guilty pleasure. i remember watching the original beverly hills 90210 with my parents on tv3 +__+

which reminds me. lipstick jungle! OMFG! damn PANAS wtf. i feel like a schoolgirl now. which of course i'm not. i am an undergraduate. who happens to act like a schoolgirl when no one is watching wtf. yes, i scream when i see a lelaki yang kacak on screen. which is alot. thanks to youtube.

i should hide my face now wtf.

by the way, every club should emulate MOS. the no smoking rule. i smelt damn good after =)

the word

i hate reading academic essays.

they take the fun out of reading.

bombastic words are used right, left and center. one sentence can be read a gazillion times and you still don't know what they're talking about. the dictionary becomes your bedside friend, the best friend you never knew you had.

microsoft word has the thesaurus function which is god sent i tell you.

word count. i heart you so when i've almost reached the required word count. the wonders of technology. i would die if i had to use the typewriter and manually count 2500 words +___+

***

omfg. please focus. you have a 25oo word essay due next week! does the word contem.fic. and andrew not scare you!? *slaps self repeatedly*

ok. bye bye. wish me luck wtf.

menu a la carte

every restaurant needs to have a M-E-N-U!

or else how to order? and know how much the dish is?

it's a basic human right ok wtf. i need to know what you serve and how much i'm bloody paying!

2 makan place comes to mind when i'm typing this. if you know me, then you'll know la. i'm not gonna type it here. i must remain anonymous and mysterious wtf.

but c'mon laa. wasn't there a big hoohaa when mamaks didn't display their price on the menu or something? or was it because they simply naik harga on the drinks and roti's? can't remember the specifics but i remember the hoohaa.

so, same thing lor. get a menu please. as though customers know what you serve. yes la, you can cook anything the customers order but customers wouldn't know until you tell them. so list it out on you menu laa. and if ask apa sedap, got the cheek to say "everything also nice. if not nice, won't serve" wtf.

and then they will list the whole bloody menu out verbally in like 5 seconds wtf.

you think this is bullet train meh? brain processor ok not intel wtf. takes time to process the message. linear model wtf. sender ---> message ---> receiver (education put to good use wtf)

and then you'll just start panicking cause the dude is standing there waiting for you to order so you'll just order the first thing that comes out from his mouth when you ask the dude to repeat.

or they'll ask what you want. pasta, chicken, fish, rice, nasi lemak and the list goes on.

dude, how to think what i want if you're standing there spewing food names like a bullet train?

is it VERY MAHAL to produce menus? c'mon man. if you can afford to buy plastic tables and chairs instead of renting a proper shop lot and extending your business by buying or renting over the shoplots next door instead of sitting at road sides, i'm sure you can produce a menu. print on paper and bind it laa wtf. we students do it all the time for assignments ok wtf. tak ada profit langsung. only grades wtf.

but the damn thing is right, business damn good lor. so i guess having no menu works for you.

but still, i don't like lor. i don't know how much the food is. simply tambah here tambah there. for all i know, you could have added in an extra few cents or ringgit to make it easier. and we just willingly pay the price.

why laa nobody complain about them not having a menu and displaying their prices?

but then again, it's a known fact their prices aren't cheap anyways. still....

just get a bloody menu. makes life so much easier...for me anyways.

this is just RIDICULOUS!!!

Lavigne 'too sexy' for Malaysia gig

Malaysia has cancelled a concert by Canadian rock singer Avril Lavigne after the Islamic opposition slammed the show as being "too sexy".

The Arts, Culture and Heritage Ministry said it was unsuitable for Malaysian culture and could not be held on August 29, two days ahead of the country's independence day.

The government's decision comes after the youth wing of a fundamentalist opposition party, the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party, called for the show's to be scrapped.

Kamarulzaman Mohamed, a party youth official, said that Lavigne's show was "considered too sexy for us" and would promote the wrong values on the eve of Malaysia's independence day.

my wednesday routine today

woke up early this morning (8am) to try and finish reading Beloved.

read a few pages. eyes got heavier. pillow became softer. blanket kept me warm and snuggly. and my bedside lamp became SUPER GLARING i had to wear sunglasses to keep the glare away, yo.

then i fell asleep.

screw Beloved la. finish it tonight. let andrew spoil it for me. i dont care anymore.

i woke up reluctantly at 9am.

came home from class in the afternoon. read the paper (felt damn bangga for LCW got to meet the PM and show off his Silver Medal and get RM300,000. i also want!)

ate kinder bueno yumyum. drank water. slept till 6pm.

then got lovely visit from jman! who brought eggtarts fresh from ipoh yumyum.

ate dinner in the rain. drizzling made me eat so fast didn't get to enjoy pffft. now damn bloated lorr. stoopid. i want it to rain HEAVILY now so that i didn't stuff myself so fast for nothing. RAIN RAIN NOW!

i'm now happily surfing the net doing mindless things. i should continue reading Beloved.

the book is rather confusing. ahh, to read a postmodern text!

there's this one chapter where it makes NO SENSE at all super confusing like who is she talking about and then got no punctuations just a space so right it's like reading everything in ONE BIG BREATH crazy shyte
(imagine that sentence i just did, no punctuations right? x 5 pages)

but really sad too. go read it if you dare.

this is like a diary entry. not so much a blog post, huh. I'M CHALLENGING THE SYSTEM WTF
RAH RAH!

sportsmanship

i'm never one for sports.

like i avoided PJK like the plague. i never wanted to play anything at all. i ran away from the balls instead of catching 'em. go ahead and laugh.

but this year's Olympics got me excited.

i actually wanted to watch the badminton finals.
and
I HAVE NEVER WATCHED A SINGLE BADMINTON MATCH IN MY LIFE!

you can practically see the nation's hopes on him. stress man!

watching the Olympics this year makes me wanna grab a racket, ball whatever and just hit, smash, kick whatever. or run. or swim.

makes me wanna master a sport actually.

you know what the Olympics should turn into an event? essay writing. that is one serious sport. no sleep. constant caffeine fix. can make you go crazy wtf.

i've been reading the sports section of the newspaper too 0_o
which is so unlike me.
the Olympics is really getting to me.

gymnastics. diving. athletics. weightlifting. badminton. table tennis. swimming.

i find weightlifting very scary though yet fun to watch wtf. i'm so scared they'll fall on the weightlifters and then crush them or something +__+

of mindlessness

it's a wednesday night.

i'm facebooking, blog hopping, gossip reading, listening to the endless stream of music flowing from my iTunes, contemplating whether i should have a piece of chocolate (at this hour!) among many other mindless things.

i know i should be doing something more productive. something intellectual perhaps?

i have this nagging feeling that i'm supposed to be rushing something. the number 15 pops up periodically and yet, i have no idea what that number signifies.

*thinks thinks thinks*

nope. still clueless.

so while i'm thinking, let me tell you something about this lady marguerite duras.

i don't like reading her books. period.

so the confusing it's like sitting the merry-go-round a gazillion times. and so the depressing. and just so mixed up.

indeed you are a marvelous woman, doing the things you did and going through such rough periods in life.

but six feet under you are.

ohh... six feet under. that rings a bell *ding ding wtf*

*thinks thinks thinks*

nope. can't seem to place my finger on it. sounds very important though.

moving on.

i can't count. period.
i hate maths. period.

went to this brain development center (not for me, my brain gonna combust thanks to contemporary fiction) and this guy posed a math problem.

there are 14 animals.
there are chickens and rabbits.
there are 40 legs.
how many chickens and how many rabbits?

my head was literally throbbing. never have i seen a math question after my mufy days.

feels damn great to be an arts student now HAHA.

OMG NOW I REMEMBER!

I HAVE 2 ASSIGNMENTS DUE ON THE 15th.

au revoir.

bangkok post in its finality finally

did he believe us?

so after declaring loudly that one of us was going to be staying at a friends place, he began to get busy with the paperwork and click clicking on the computer.

so we waited. and waited. and waited.

and then he declares

"i have upgraded your rooms to a suite"

O___O

"but if i catch three of you in the room, i will charge you double"

+___+

"have a pleasant stay *flashes smile wtf*

***

when we got into the room, we were like 'WHOAAA'

we had a living and dining room. with a walk in wardrobe the size of a public toilet cubicle and a huge ass bathroom. basically, we had a BIG room for 3 girls.

damn good deal.

rights. i'm getting lazy to type so i'll let the photos do the talking.

view from our room

the uncle who sold us skewered chicken&pork. he's holding an egg which will make us strong. he kept showing us his muscle while holding the chicken. but anyways, he damn layan. posed whenever the camera was directed at him. must be thinking we damn jakun, never see hawker food seller before wtf. and he was damn nice. buy 10 free 1 and he added in 3 of the eggs that will make us strong!

Platinum Fashion Mall is every female's dream destination in Bangkok. must visit ok! i rate this 11 stars wtf. your money will surely be well spent here.

satisfied after shopping!

then we headed to the shopping centers! this is us in front of Central World. it's just like your regular shopping mall. most of the brands here can be found back home. anyways, when going to Bangkok, you dont buy stuff you can get back home. you buy cheap stuff!

then we headed to Paragon, where we had Tony Roma's Pork Ribs *yumyum* faster guess how much? it was less than 250 baht. TONY ROMA'S PORK RIBS you cannot get at that price! there was a promotion going on i think, hence the very affordable pricing. the beef ribs back here is already like rm50++ so imagine our joy when we saw the price for pork ribs. i think the fact that it was pork ribs was enough to tempt us to eat it anyways. if it wasn't pork ribs it would have been mcdonald's pork burger. see the pattern? we were in a pork indulgence.

after dinner, waiting for a taxi!

then at night this is what we came home to.

ok fine, not exactly. we had to buy this before 12am because in Thailand, they dont sell alcohol after 12am.

drink we did.

and again, drink we did. shots!

then, partied we did.

the next day it was off to chatuchak, the biggest weekend market! must come here at least once when in bangkok. the enormity of the market amazes me. can get lost i'm not kidding. and the rule is to buy what you see. dont even think of thinking about it and then going back to the shop to get it. cause, that's not gonna be possible.

believe me when i say we hunted high and low for them coconuts! unfortunately they weren't chilled cold. room temperature pfft. the weather was damn hot! but nevermind, got to satisfy my coconut craving. going to Thailand, one cannot miss out on their coconuts and orange tangerine whatever you want to call it. those 2 drinks MUST drink when in Thailand especially in hot weather like Thailand.

after chatuchak, we headed to Emporium. i think we spent about an hour in the shoe department i kid you not. we took forever in deciding if we wanted to buy the shoes or not. the salesperson must have wanted to strangle us +__+ but alas, we all bought the shoe! no need to strangle after all since got business albeit it took forever to come to that decision wtf. then after getting our shoes, we went to get ourselves a massage! when in Thailand, the massage cannot miss! be it a foot massage or full body massage. very worth it especially after a long day of shopping =D the photo shows them preparing for our massage

at night, we headed off to suan lum night market. another great place to visit. you can find all kinds of kitschy stuff here. there was this shop that had one of a kind shoes, but unfortunately, they're made to order so we couldn't buy 'em. after suan lum, we planned to head back to the hotel but halfway, we decided to go visit patpong, another night market but not just any night market. this night market offers you the chance of watching a 'ping-pong show'. and boy are the pimps aggressive. they practically stalk you. we were curious as to what it was about so we asked one of them pimps and the next thing we know when we walked away, she (yes, a she pimp wtf) stalked us. we got damn scared and quickly hopped into the above pictured tuk-tuk.

we went back into the comforts of our hotel room. but of course, not before stopping by 7eleven. seriously, there were 3 7elevens right in front of our hotel! as you can see from the photo above, there are 2 cans of heineken, 2 bottles of smirnoff red, 3 cocktails, 1 lychee something *i forgot the name* and a bottle of black smirnoff. OMG ALL THAT FOR 3 GIRLS!!!
at the end of the day, we downed a can of heineken and one of them alcopops. we alternated between the 2 and omg the combination will leave you high. guaranteed wtf.

so there you go.

that concludes my bangkok post.

i had tonnes of fun in bangkok with the 2 monkeys. the long nights of chit-chat, bonding over shopping and drinks, and the very carerful language we used makes for one heck of a memory!

we had so much fun, we're thinking of making this an annual trip!

ps: you know what my theory is regarding our hotel room? i think he knew we were lying and that was why he upgraded us. or maybe it's because it was 3 of us girls. smitten with us wtf. whatever the reason, bless his soul. he made our stay in bangkok all the more memorable! superior suite for 3 girls. i feel like i was in an episode of sex and the city wtf. the shoes, the shopping, the drinking, the city of Bangkok, the chitchats minus the sex. or not. HA HA *wiggles eyebrow*

adventures in bangkok pt.1

WHEN...

all of a sudden an announcement was made.

"Attention Ms Lips, Ms Jman and Ms Nat"
(i forgot what else was said)

OH EM GEE!

we immediately jumped from our seats and ran straight to the boarding gate. we were SO shocked to hear our names being called. OMG so memalukan.

RUN RUN RUN we did.

so embarrassing ok. and the workers were laughing and pointing at us.

what a way to start the trip hor. first time in my life such a thing happened. nevermind, at least we were fashionably late wtf. sigh..why are we so fabulous and glamorous wtf?

anyways, we arrived and then took a cab to our hotel. if you wanna be 'economical' like us, take the public cabs cos it's wayyyy cheaper (400 baht) compared to the airport cab (1000 baht).

and thus begins our journey to bangkok, the land of smiles.

we stayed in baiyoke sky hotel, the tallest hotel in bangkok.

and if the airport incident wasn't adventure enough for us, we had another one in the hotel when we were checking in.

i forgot to hide one of us and let 2 people check in. so 3 of us went up to the reception to check in.

as the guy was checking us in, he looked up at us and asked

"how many person checking in?"

"urhmm...3?"

"i'll have to charge you additional 800 baht per night"

"oooohhhhh....urhmmm"

then the guy turned away to continue with his paperwork whilst the 3 of us began to devise a plan. luckily Lips *pats Lips on the back wtf* was fast enough to say

"like that arrr...then Jman, you stay with *insert random name* laa. call him to come pick you up now"

then the guy came back to us and we immediately said

"she's not staying with us. she's gonna stay at a friends place"

the guy looked at us funny.

*omg please believe us. please believe us*

TO BE CONTINUED once again..

Wednesday, July 23, 2008

pre-bangkok post

FINALLY.

i got the pictures. so now its time for my bangkok post *clapclapwtf*

ok first of, i have a very embarrassing story to tell. omg so embarrassing laa. should i tell?? should i tell??

nevermind. my epidermis is a bit the tebal so i shall tell. you lucky readers, you!

me and lips went to the LCCT 2 hours early. since we were so early, we decided to eat and wait for jman before checking in.

jman came.

checked in.

then it was jman's turn to eat.

when it comes to airport food, better stick with the ones you know ie. mcd's. because the asian kitchen/express/whatever its called wasn't good. so i was told. plus very expensive. if you're gonna pay a premium price might as well pay for doublecheeseburgerandfrenchfries yum yum.

by that time, i think were about an hour before departure.

so...we lengang lengong here and there. do note that we were to fly at 8.50pm. by the time we went into the departure hall it was 8.30pm. i think we must have been too excited or too tired or just plain clueless.

8.50pm is DEPARTURE TIME.

8.20pm is BOARDING TIME.

we were sitting in the waiting area around 8.30pm. some more we were saying "where's the gate arr?" "why nobody queuing up?" "haih..so tired, let's just sit and wait"

hair hair

has this ever happened to you?

when you want to go out, you try to do your hair but no matter how many times you comb, blowdry or tie it a certain way it'll never turn out the way or look as good as you want it to? like no matter how long you stand in front of the mirror with your comb in hand and hairdryer in the other, it just never turns out good.

BUT

when you're at home in your shorts and t-shirt, you randomly do your hair, it turns out bloody good. like the hair just falls nicely in place without you even looking in the mirror!! you only realize when you look in the mirror to see it that you realize, "damn i look good" wtf of course i don't say that *coughcough*

sigh. to be a girl. so difficult laa. shave my hair and be bald laa. save money on shampoo and no need to hairdry wtf no need to towel dry also cos the water will just drip off.
