before: sweaty palms, nervousness, loss of appetite, feeling cold, hands shaking, heart beating a mile a minute, restless....

during: hands shaking like nobody's business, mind goes blank for a moment, heart continues beating like mad...

after: still shaking all over, heart still beats a mile a minute, body starts to feel warm (muz b from all the heat and blood rushing to my head), satisfied that it's FINALLY OVER!!! :)
