i have 2 weeks to complete 4 different assignments. all requiring me to think out of the box. i don't have my library card so i can't borrow books yet. which would mean lots of time spent at the library. joy!

she sprang a surprise on me!
but it's a nice surprise.

the other day, someone asked me what was the latest movie i had watched in a cinema.
i couldn't answer him. seriously. i had to think. THINK REALLY HARD SOMEMORE!
and i came out blank.
which led me on a searching-through-my-brains-spree.
tak boleh tahan la if i cannot solve it.
and i finally did. after don't know how many gawd-damn frickin' hours.
the last movie i watched in the cinema was...
and what a wonderfully-awesome-great-drool-worthy movie it was.
at least i think that was the last movie i watched. oh-no..my brain is going into overdrive again. think happy thoughts. think happy thoughts. i think i can fly. wtf.

unless u count sitting in a lecture hall as an equivalent to sitting in a cinema then i've watchedso i've compiled a list of movies i wanna watch. in random order.

spiderman3. latest harry potter movie. pirates of the caribbean3. yadayadayada. blablabla.
not a very impressive list. i know.
wth. i'll probably just go to my friendly neighbourhood dvd peddler and get my movie dilemma fixed.

if only i didn't think of rain. then maybe it wouldn't have rained. HEAVILY.
sitting in the lecture hall, watching "city of god", heard the thunder and rain, knew that i was doomed.
i think i asked for it. no..i'm sure i asked for it. walking away from my car, i was contemplating whether to bring an umbrella or not. since i was so far from the car, fine la, fine la..i malas to turn back and get it. but it was such a lovely weather in the morning.

i have finally realized that the weather is unpredictable. *hahahahahahahaha*

so what to do...waited in the cafeteria till the rain stopped.

so it's the 3rd week of uni. so far so good. head hasn't exploded yet. assignment fever hasn't struck me yet even though due dates are looming closer and closer (sure mati kao kao).
i'm just enjoying. no worries.

i won again

2 weeks ago, before chinese new year, i received a call about 10.30 in the morning. mind you, i was still asleep when i answered the call. so groggily i said "hello.


caller : hello, may i speak to natasha?
me : yes, natasha speaking.
caller : i'm calling from ok magazine. you're one of the grand prize winner for the guardian.
me : oh ok. (i should mention again that i was asleep when i received the call so when she said the guardian, i thought it was guardian the pharmacy. then i was thinking, what the hell did i win from guardian?? vouchers ke?? wait a minute, when did i enter a contest in guardian??? so i asked her what i won 'cos i was seriously very curious and i didnt want to think too much since it was still early in the morning.)
me : urhm, i'm sorry but what with u calling me so early in the morning, disrupting my beauty sleep please tell me that i won $1,000,000.
caller : u won a polo tee, a travelling bag and a waterproof bag.
me : oh..(thats when it all started to click. the guardian is not the pharmacy,doink! it's the movie "the guardian")
caller : you'll have to come by the office to collect bla bla bla...
*tuuuuut*tuuuuut*tuuuuuut*

and so i went to catcha's office to collect my prize.

honestly speaking. i don't really like my prize cos first of all, i can't wear the polo tee. it's humongous. the travelling bag is...i cant even find the words to describe it! and what am i supposed to do with a waterproof bag?? go diving/snorkeling with it??

why couldn't i win the perfume's they were oh-so-generously giving out???
